Jens Theis is a Ph.D. student at the department of Real-Time Systems at TU Kaiserslauterm. He holds a Diploma in Information Technology in the field of Communication Systems from the TU Kaiserslautern.


He is currently working in the field of mixed-criticality systems. His research focuses on time-triggered schedule tables and the integration of event-triggered applications into them.

A further research topic is the influence of task periods on the hyper-period.
